A/C went out on hottest day of the year with high humidity. I called Morozco Heating and A/C at 9pm. to schedule apt. for the next day. Mike told me he could be over in 30 minutes. I told him tomorrow would be fine because I can't afford to pay extra for emergency service. He said not to worry, I will be charged normal rate.
He showed up in 20 minutes, diagnosed the problem, replaced the failed part and A/C was working again by 10:30pm. The price for labor was fair, and so was the part he replaced.

Mike is what all repair/service people should be. Honest, knowledgeable, reputable. I called Mike for a second opinion after another company told me I needed a new furnace, air conditioner, and hot water heater after I started having a little water leak.. Mike was professional, helpful, courteous, punctual, and above all else, TRUSTWORTHY. He saved our weekend, it is supposed to get in the 90’s, I didn’t think we would be able to get serviced as quickly as we did. He was able to arrive within an hour and a half of my call. I don’t leave reviews often, but this company deserves a 5-star review. I got home from a night out & my house was almost 80 degrees at midnight. I called first thing in the morning and Mike answered right away and told me he would be able to swing by in a few hours. I had to leave for a wedding & Mike showed up earlier than he told me and within an hour he had it blowing cold air again. I was prepared for the worst as far as cost, and for a day of house call it was very reasonable after replacing a capacitor. Mike came highly recommended from others in the area and even my girlfriend had used him to trouble shoot her air issue a few months back, and she immediately told me to call him. Glad I did, and you should too.
